Sign in with Google
If you choose to sign in using Google, we may receive information such as your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We never receive or store your Google password.

Photographs and personalised content uploaded to Framezly are used to create the product you have ordered.

Images may be stored securely and accessed by authorised members of our production team only when necessary to complete your order.

Payments on Framezly are processed securely through Razorpay.
Your card or other sensitive payment credentials are entered directly into Razorpay's payment systems and are not stored on Framezly's servers.

This information helps us match payments to orders, process refunds, and maintain accurate business records.
5. WhatsApp & Order Updates
If you provide your mobile number and choose to receive WhatsApp updates, we may use it to send information relating to your Framezly order, such as:

If you have specifically requested reminder messages for an unfinished shopping cart, you can stop receiving them at any time by replying STOP.

Uploaded photographs are generally retained while your order is being produced and for a reasonable period afterwards in case a reprint or order-related issue requires access to the files. After this period, photographs are deleted when they are no longer required.
