Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy from framezly.in. Please read them before ordering.
Who we are. Framezly is a customised gifting brand based in Kanniyakumari, Tamil Nadu, India, making personalised photo frames, photo gifts and wall art to order.
Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment is received. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if the personalisation requested is unlawful or offensive, or if we cannot verify the payment.
Prices. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Payment. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Your order is only confirmed once payment is successfully received.
The content you upload. You keep ownership of the photographs and text you send us. By uploading them you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to reproduce them for the sole purpose of making your order. You must not upload anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing someone else's copyright. We may refuse to print anything that does, and will refund you if we do.
How your order will look. Every piece is made and finished by hand, and screens vary — colours and small details may differ slightly from the images on this site. Print quality depends on the photo you supply: low resolution images will not print sharply. We will contact you if an image is too small to print well.
Delivery. We deliver across India. Delivery timings are estimates, not guarantees, and delays outside our control do not entitle you to cancel a personalised order that is already in production.
Returns. Made-to-order items cannot be returned for change of mind. Faulty, damaged and incorrect items are covered in full — see our Returns & Refunds page.
Our liability. We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, to the quality described. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
Intellectual property. The Framezly name, logo, site design, product designs and photography are ours. You may not copy or resell them.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Tamil Nadu.
